Your session fee is due at the time of booking to secure your date. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 3 days notice. We are a small family-run business with our own children! If you cancel your session within 3 days of your booking date, your deposit is non-refundable.
Of course if someone is unwell on the day of your session just let us know and we’d be happy to reschedule at no extra cost.
Please treat your booking as you would a specialist appointment. Please arrive on time as we have several portrait sessions a day and really want to give you all the time and attention you deserve without having to rush anything.
No refunds will apply to pre-purchased gift vouchers.
If any promotions arise where we are offering discounts, these do not apply to currently booked sessions. Offers may not be used in conjuction with other offers or redeemable for cash or products.
