Is the shoot in studio or outdoors?

You have the option of having your family portrait session in our comfy Miranda studio, or outdoors (additional fees apply). Our outdoor family portrait sessions take place in Kurnell (south of Sydney). It’s a peaceful part of the world with a nice calm beach (perfect for the young kids to frolic in) and a beautiful dense forest with fallen trees and easy bush paths – aka photographer heaven.

Can you come to us?

If you have a particular place that has sentimental value (like a park or beach your family loves to go to), we can definitely come to you. There will be an additional travel charge, just contact us for details.

Do I have to place my order at the time of the design consultation?

Yes this is the time we are able to advise you on getting the best from your photographs, so all of the decision makers in the family should be present.

Can I get digital copies of the images?

Delight Images specialises in wall art and the
production of fine photographic prints but do make digital files available for purchase.

What are the prices of your photographs?

How do I know what size photographs would suit my home best?

Choose a size you feel comfortable with and if it you feel it is the wrong size when you get it home we will replace it. This is our ‘right size guarantee’.

How long do orders take to complete?

Usually orders are completed and ready to collect in three weeks.

Do you offer payment plans?

Full payment is generally required on all orders but payment plans may be organised by arrangement for larger orders.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes we take Visa and MasterCard. We absorb the surcharges so you don’t pay any more.

Can I order photographs at a later date?

You may order photographs at a time later than the viewing time but please note that we keep your files for 28 days after your photography session. There is also an additional $150 fee if you wish to come back at a later date.
