About the photographer

Being a dad to three girls changes how you see things.

It showed me just how important it is to be in the photos – not just taking them.

I know what it’s like to have a camera roll full of the people you love, and almost nothing of yourself with them. That’s not how any family story should be told.

This Mother’s Day I’m selecting one Sydney family to receive this experience as my gift to them.

It’s my way of making sure that more mums in Sydney get to step in front of the camera this May – and walk away with something beautiful.

I read every entry myself. I’m looking for families who feel that pull – who’ve been putting this off and know it’s time. If that’s you, I’d love to meet you.

General

  1. The Promoter is Delight Images (ABN 41 214 994 734), Sutherland NSW. Phone 0483 966 462
  2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions
  3. Entrants must be 25 years of age or older at the date of entry to be eligible
  4. The competition opens at 4:00pm AEST on Monday 4 May 2026 and closes at 9:00pm AEST on Thursday 7 May 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted
  5. The time of entry is the time the online entry is received by the Promoter’s database, not the time of transmission by the entrant
  6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or any other reason
  7. Entrants may enter by completing the entry form on the promotional website
  8. Entrants must answer the question “Why would you love to win this experience” as part of their entry
  9. The winner will be selected based on their entry form answers, as judged by the Promoter
  10. The winner will be notified by phone and email on Sunday at 6pm. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner
  11. The winner’s entry response may be displayed on the Promoter’s Facebook, Instagram and/or website after the giveaway has concluded
  12. Any entry made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid, unless the entrant requires assistance due to a disability

  17. The prize includes: a pre-shoot phone consultation, pre-shoot advice, a one-hour family photo session, a design consultation to select your favourite images, your choice of 15 digital images from your session, and a $300 wall art credit
  18. The total value of the prize is $2080 AUD
  19. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash, or used towards other photographic services
  20. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner complies with all conditions of use and the Promoter’s requirements
  21. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend the competition if an event beyond the Promoter’s control affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the competition
  22. Entries using scripting software, third-party entry services or incorrect contact details will be deemed invalid. If such an entrant wins, the prize must be immediately returned to the Promoter
  23. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize if a winner is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions
  24. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Delight Images will be the sole professional photographer during the portrait experience. No phone photography or videography is permitted during the shoot or design consultation, including by family members
  25. The prize is subject to the Promoter’s availability and must be redeemed before 30 August 2026, Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays
  26. The winner agrees that images from the shoot and any behind-the-scenes content from appointments may be used for marketing purposes by Delight Images
  27. There is no entry fee to enter this giveaway
  28. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual believed to have breached these conditions or engaged in unlawful or improper conduct
